The wide variety of soil types allows for the cultivation of several different grape varietals. One of the more interesting characteristics is the high magnesium content in which Merlot, in particular, thrives. Composition of the vineyards:

  • 20% Merlot
  • 18% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 28% Cabernet Franc
  • 16% Vermentino
  • 16% Syrah
  • 2% Petit Verdot
