Valle di Cerbaia - Bibbona
The Valle Cerbaia vineyard is located in the nearby municipality of Bibbona, right on the border with Bolgheri. The vineyard’s two plots are located at different altitudes.
A large part of the grapes from this vineyard are used for the production of Mediterra.
1.4 hectares of Viognier were planted in the lower plot, where the soil is cooler and has more clay, and it is a varietal that adapts particularly well to soils that retain more water.
