Via Bolgherese - Soprastrada
The vineyard located on the east side (soprastrada) of via Bolgherese is around seven hectares, three of which were planted in 1994, using the spurred cordon system, with a density of 10,000 vines per hectare. The plots closest to the forest in the remaining three hectares were planted in 2016, with a planting density of 8,928 vines per hectare. The soil, of alluvial origin, has a loose first layer with very cohesive clays rich in minerals deeper down which, combined with a fair percentage of fossils, making it even more complex. Drainage is excellent, with no stagnant water on the surface.
