Sembra, ad esempio, che in periodi di luna calante sia consigliabile imbottigliare vini a lungo invecchiamento. Non c’è nessuna certezza che si tratti di suggestione o di indicazioni scientifiche: ma il nostro approccio GREEN, sempre rispettoso dei ritmi della natura, pone spesso l’attenzione anche a questo aspetto, nella certezza che così facendo riusciremo ad avere vigneti sani che ci daranno il meglio.
