The destemming machine separates the stems from the grapes and deposits them in boxes. Everything that is produced in the vineyard is recycled. This is the result of our work, combined with the magic of the vine’s life-cycle: once pressed, the stems are not thrown away but taken to the vineyard parcels that could benefit from decomposing organic material.
