New vines: 35,000 vines of Cabernet Sauvignon

Planting new rootstocks is a crucial operation to start a new one.
Here are some essential steps that we had to perform:
1. Preparing the soil
- Working the soil: Plowing and milling are important steps to make the soil soft and well-drained, thus favoring the rooting of the rootstocks.
- Fertilization: A good supply of nutrients, especially phosphorus and potassium, is important for the initial development of the roots.
2. Irrigation
- After planting, it is essential to ensure good initial irrigation to favor the rooting of the roots. The first irrigations must be abundant
3. Monitor the health of the rootstocks to prevent diseases and water or nutritional stress
